Method statements, risk assessments and ITPs in your client’s template: a submission-ready draft in hours.
Jumbat Studio prepares method statements, risk assessments, JSAs, ITPs, inspection checklists, project quality and HSE plans and emergency response plans: inside the template your client mandates. It runs on the same method Jumbat uses for its own consultancy submissions, and a competent person signs off every document before it is issued.
- No password. We email you a one-time code to sign in.
- Prefer it done for you? Our consultants prepare the full set
Upload the client’s template first. Studio builds inside it.
Most main contractors and consultants mandate their own MSRA, ITP and checklist formats, and a submission in the wrong one is an avoidable rejection. So Studio does not hand you its format and ask you to copy across. It reads yours.
- Upload the template
The client’s Word or Excel MSRA, ITP or checklist, exactly as they issued it.
- Studio reads its structure
Document control block, section headings, table columns, numbering, sign-off fields, and the client’s own risk matrix and band definitions.
- It asks only for what is missing
Your scope and materials (from the BOQ), spec sections, site constraints. Anything it cannot know is left as a marked placeholder, never guessed.
- The draft is written into that file
Logos, borders, fonts and the client’s own wording stay as they are. No template? Studio uses the Jumbat house format, built from approved submissions.
Your scope and materials drive every document.
A method statement and ITP are built around the activities on your package and the materials those activities use. Studio needs that list before it drafts anything, in either of two ways.
- Upload your BOQ, without prices
Excel or PDF. Studio reads the item descriptions and quantities, groups them into activities, and turns each activity into method statement sections, ITP sections and risk assessment activity groups.
- Or list the materials and describe the scope
A short description of the works plus the materials to be used, for example “precast concrete kerbs, C20 blinding, M6 bedding mortar, 80 mm interlock pavers”.
Helpful but optional: the relevant specification sections, approved material submittals and the drawings list.
Delete every rate, unit price, amount and total column, and any priced summary sheet, before you upload. Studio only needs item descriptions, units and quantities. Any BOQ that still contains prices will be rejected and not stored.
The full technical submission set, and the paperwork that follows it.
Each document is written for the activity in front of you, referenced to the standards that apply in Abu Dhabi and the GCC, and structured the way reviewers read.
Method statements
The specification’s construction sequence as the backbone, with acceptance criteria and testing frequencies at the point of execution and every inspection gate written as a WIR step.
Risk assessments
Activity groups that mirror the method statement sections, each element tagged with its MS reference, controls through the hierarchy and honest residual ratings on the client’s matrix.
JSAs
Task-level, work-front analyses that inherit ratings from the approved RA and tag each step with its RA item number.
Inspection & test plans
The only home of hold, witness and review points. Sections mirror the method statement sequence, and every criterion is a number with its specification citation.
Checklists & QA/QC register
One checklist per activity with an ITP reference on every item, and a quality risk register that maps where each risk originates and where it is caught.
PQP, HSE plan & PEP
Project quality, HSE and execution plans aligned to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and ADOSH-SF v4.0.
Material submittal packs (compliance statement, supplier data and a bookmarked PDF), consultant comment-response sheets with the next revision drafted, and gap reviews of documents you have already written.
Documents that agree with each other.
Submissions are rejected for internal inconsistency far more often than for engineering. In Studio, the method statement is the spine and every other document is produced from it, in a fixed order.
1 · Method statement
The sequence of work. Inspection gates are written as WIR steps, no hold-point labels.
2 · ITP
Mirrors the MS sequence and carries every hold and witness point.
3 · Risk assessment
Activity groups mirror the MS sections; each element cites its MS reference.
4 · Checklists & register
Every checklist item carries its ITP reference; JSAs inherit RA ratings.
From scope to signed-off draft.
Set up the project once
Client, main contractor, consultant, jurisdiction, numbering convention and logo. Every document inherits them.
Add scope, materials & template
Your BOQ with prices removed, or a materials list and scope description, plus the client template, if there is one.

Questions contractors ask first
Studio uses AI to draft, guided by the method Jumbat applies to its own consultancy submissions: the document structures, the Abu Dhabi standards framework and the rules that keep dependent documents consistent. Drafting is fast; judgement still belongs to a competent person, which is why nothing is issued without human sign-off.
Yes, that is the starting point, not an add-on. You upload the Word or Excel template your client issued, Studio reads its sections, tables and risk matrix, and the draft is written into that file so headers, logos and borders survive. Where no template is mandated, it uses the Jumbat house format.
The method statement and ITP are built around the activities in your package and the materials they use, and the BOQ is the most complete list of both. Prices play no part in either document and are commercially sensitive, so Studio never accepts them: remove every rate, amount and total column before uploading, or simply list the materials and describe the scope instead.
The contractor issuing the document, as it is today. Studio is a drafting tool: it flags what it could not verify, leaves unknown names and permit numbers as placeholders, and requires an approval step before export. If you want a second pair of chartered eyes, choose the expert review option.
Templates, specifications and drafts stay private to your company account, are not shared with other customers and are not used to train AI models. You can delete a project and its files at any time. Details are in the privacy notice and the Studio terms.
No. Many packages are routine and a strong engineer with a good tool can produce them. Complex, high-risk or unusual scopes still benefit from site clarification and an experienced reviewer. That is what the done-for-you service is for, and it is available today.
