We will tell you if you do not need us
A number of the free consultations we run end with us explaining that the client can handle the work internally, or that the certification they are chasing is not required for the tender they are targeting. We would rather lose the sale than build something unnecessary.
The person who quotes is the person who delivers
There is no handover after the sale. The consultant in your gap analysis is the consultant in your management review and in the room at Stage 2.
The system will be sized to your business
The most common damage we undo is an SME sold a contractor-scale management system it has no capacity to operate. Right-sizing is not a discount. It is the job.
You own everything we produce
Editable documents, branded to you, with no locked files and no dependency on us to make a change. If you choose not to renew, you keep a working system.
Why we are not a certification body, and never will be
Certification bodies cannot audit management systems their own organisation implemented. That separation exists to protect the value of your certificate, and it is enforced by the accreditation rules certification bodies operate under.
Some consultancies blur this line, offering both implementation and certification through affiliated entities. The resulting certificate is worth less precisely because the assessment was not independent, and sophisticated clients know it. We build systems. An accredited certification body assesses them. We will help you choose one, compare quotations and prepare thoroughly, but we will never be the one signing your certificate.
We have no financial interest in which certification body you appoint, and we take no commission from any of them. Our recommendation is based on accreditation status, sector recognition, cost and how your clients will view the certificate.
