Delivered within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays) of a complete, paid order. If we are late, the review fee is refunded.
What every price includes
- One discipline per document or set: civil, MEP or IT. If your scope covers more than one, Studio splits it and shows the price for each discipline before you pay.
- Your client’s template, completed with your project details and logos.
- One round of revisions in response to consultant comments, requested within 90 days of delivery, with a comment response sheet. Items you completed before submitting (such as [SPECIFY] values) are carried into the revision.
- A reference number for every document, with its revisions kept on your project page.
- Editable files (Word and Excel) that are yours to keep and issue, and an invoice emailed when you pay.

Revisions answer the consultant’s comments on the documents Studio delivered. Sections you add yourself, and documents Studio did not prepare, are not revised; comments on them are noted in the response sheet. If a comment asks for new scope, such as a new activity or discipline, you choose whether to leave it unaddressed or have it quoted as new work.
Fair use. A method statement covers up to 40 construction activities. Larger scopes are split into further documents, and we quote the difference before drafting starts.
Prices are in UAE dirhams. Jumbat is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added; if that changes, prices will show VAT separately.
Payment
You pay by card when you place an order, on the secure payment page of Ziina, a UAE-licensed payment provider: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details. The price, what it includes and these terms are shown before you pay, and the payment is confirmed on your order page.
Refund and cancellation policy
- Before delivery: if you cancel an order before its documents are delivered (or, for Jumbat Reviewed, before our review has started) you receive a full refund less the card processing fee charged by the payment provider.
- If we cannot deliver: you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
- If we need information from you: we put the order on hold and email you. If we do not hear back within 7 days, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
- Late Jumbat Reviewed delivery: the review fee (AED 200 per set) is refunded.
- Paid twice by mistake: the duplicate payment is refunded in full.
- After delivery: documents are prepared specifically for your project and cannot be returned, so no refund is available once they have been delivered. If something is wrong, the included revision round is the remedy, and we correct any error that is ours at no charge.
To cancel or ask about an order, email info@jumbat.com with your order reference. Refunds are returned to the card used, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. Orders that are not paid within 14 days are cancelled automatically.
